"Nothing is wrong." I replied, a bit harsh. I sighed. "I didn't mean to snap. i'm just tired. Goodnight." I could feel myself shutting him off, but I didn't want to.
He woke up feeling amazing. He looked down at Velna's sleeping form. She was so beautiful! He kissed her passionately. he just couldn't seem to leave her alone. He smiled as he started playing with her ears.
She groaned. "Too early!" she complained.
He just laughed.
Dali:
I woke up feeling hallow and empty.
What if he really does just want that? Like everyone else. I hurt. I wanted to run. It was what I always did when I was hurting, I ran and hid. I wanted to do that now. I wanted to cry, to be on my own. I tried to move, but Ryder tightened his arms. I about screamed in pain! My shoulder still hurt. I sighed.
"Fine." He said letting her go. He slowly got up himself, "I need to get a shower. Do you want to take one first?"
Velna--
"Alex!" She laughed rolling around ignoring her side. "I said to early." She kissed him softly and then more passionatly. "Now I'm going to take a shower. Be a good little boy." She smiled standing up.
He laughed. "Since when am I good?" he grinned, she rolled her eyes. His eyes followed her every move until she was out of sight.
Dali:
"No, you go ahead." I waited calmly until he was out of the room. then I got up and left, running back to my brother's house.
"Dali?" he asked shocked.
I started crying. I couldn't help it.
"Dali? what's wrong?!"
I just cried. Alex let me. Velna appeared then. I quickly dried my tears. "I'm going to take a shower." Alex realized what was wrong. I could see it in his eyes. I strode out of the room, but I heard Velna asking him what was wrong.
He sighed. "I'm not exactly sure, but I've seen this reaction before. She's running. I think she's afraid that Ryder just wants one thing from her, and then he'll find another girl." Alex glanced the way Dali had went. "She's running from the pain. It's part of her that was breed out of her past."
He sighed. "I feel bad for Ryder."
Dali:
I let the hot water run over me, letting it erase all thoughts in my mind. It hurt enough already.
"But he won't! Ryder doesn't fall in love." SHe said looking at him. "He's never fallen in love, this will tear him apart. You have to tell her that. At least for me. Please."
Ryder--
Ryder knocked on the door but no one answered. "Velna, Dali, ALex?"
he walked back out. "She'll come around eventually. she was just...hurt a lot. She will always be scared." He apologized to Velna, then he saw Ryder, belatedly. "Um...hey."
"What is going on?!" Ryder asked.
"Nothing...Dali should be beack...tomorrow...maybe." Alex sighed. "Not now, okay?" He asked.
"Ryder, just trust him on this one. Please." Velna asked, Ryder nodded and turned leaving a sad look on his face. "Now, he isn't going to be able to function without her. We need to do something."
Ryder--
Ryder ran his hand through his hair. Dali was scared? Of what? Him? He tried to find some way to figure out what she was scared and fi she was scared of him then why? What had he done?
