Hey, it won't let me log into WriterFeed Pad. It'll let me go on if I go under the My YWS tab and click My WriterFeed Pad Account, but it won't if I click on a link. Hasn't this happened before?

ehte92 and I are having the same problem; I created a WriterFeed Pad to collaborate on our poem for the contest, and he's not able to log in. I've changed the security so it's completely open, and when he linked me to what it's like for him when he's logging in with his YWS username, it says Account Not Found.

*Edit: Scratch that. We got it to work and he can see it now. I'm guessing it had something to do with the security settings. Sorry!

I'm not sure if this has been mentioned already, but just in case it hasn't, there are some bugs for me with the Novels and Novellas. Whenever I add a new chapter, it loads fine, but then if I want to get rid of a chapter from the novel/novella, it doesn't delete and you can still see it on the novel page. So if I want a chapter deleted from a novel/novella, it doesn't work.

Also, the lack of Make Topic Image button on posts is still happening for me.

Skins ->> The 'Make Topic Image' button only appears when creating a new topic.

Ultraviolet ->> I don't understand the problem you're having. Can you provide a more detailed explanation? Thanks.

If, say, I click a link for someone else's WriterFeed Pad (in this case Calligraphy's) and it's private, it shows me this:

Once it goes public, I can view and change it as a guest, but I can't login. I know my password's correct, because I've done it so many times. And if I go to "WriterFeed Pad Account" under "My YWS" it lets me go to my account, but I still can't go to anyone else's.

Well, yeah. You can't log in to someone else's Pad. That's not your Pad. What you reported isn't a bug.

And my turn for a bug report on WFP.

Gladius and I have been sharing a WFP for awhile now, and lately she's been accessing it from different computers. Normally, she logs out of one account and when she comes back it's under an "unnamed" account because the Pad seems to be IP sensitive.

Today, however, she somehow logged into two accounts. I'm not sure if she changed computers or not, but I think she did. So she had one "ghost" account, that she couldn't write on, and one that she used to write.

I know she's not online right now, but I still see this on my Pad:


I'm not sure why she's still logged on, but it's a bit odd.

In my news feed, it lists a few people who have written new blog posts, and then underneath that it says "There are 1 similar items" but when I click on it to see what the similar item is, nothing happens, so, dead javascript link I guess.

Rosey, how is that a bug? It may be an annoyance or something unexpected, but it's not a bug.

Matt, I've noticed a few times on my feed as well. I'm not exactly sure what causes it though.

Thought it could be something in the coding that was causing her to stay logged into the pad under one IP. Sorry 'bout that.

Edit- Found a solution to get rid of it. Just switched my safety from public to private to force a disconnect.

Didn't want make a whole thread for this, but wasn't sure where else to put it.

In any case, I've turned the Review Stars into a single CSS sprite. Previously, there were 35 separate image files for handling review stars. Now there's just one:
images/stars/reviewstars.png

I think I've managed it such that no one will even notice the change. However, if you're finding yourself with the wrong amount of stars all of a sudden, just leave a note in this thread.

Hmm... I went to make a folder thing in my portfolio and it wouldn't let me, it said "The requested user does not exist" I tried it twice to make sure but it came up the same :/
