Coming Soon: YWS Enemies

YWS Friends has been up and running now for some time, although it's really the return of YWS Friends as it used to be a feature prior to the 2006 summer blackout. I'm slowly adding features on top of that; the first of those being the YWS Bulletins feature. I may even add a Facebook style newsfeed here soon; just a panel on My YWS that would tell you when your friends made a new blog entry, posted a new story, or last wrote in someone's guestbook.

But that got me thinking: if you can keep track of your friends, why not keep track of your enemies as well? After all, you can't get along with everyone on YWS (I only get along with one or .5 people), so wouldn't it be great if you could keep track of your enemies as well? I know I forget from time to time, and it'd be great if when looking at someone's profile it would tell me "This Person Is Your Declared Enemy." You could even have an enemy newsfeed, so you could constantly stalk and harass that person.

Just something I was thinking about. I think it would be a cool idea, but before I spend a couple hours implementing it, would you use it?

Wouldn't that induce more anger and antisocialism on yws, resulting in an overload of internet based frustration and lead to the depletion and sickness of yws users computers and spread a virus that would ultimately destroy the entire web and all other computer based systems such as solitaire? Save the solitaire!

Sumi, just cause, y'know, SirWozzel because countryisahorriblegenreandanyonewholistenstoitmustbemyenemy, little.angelfire because she discusses special courses to take around malls and such so as to meet the most 'hott guyz' (and I thought it was only in FoxTrot. o_o), Dono to reinforce that even though I'm his sidekick (which was decided without my input, by the way) I shall nevar be a Dono-addicted!

So anyway, definitely add it.

Are Kokobeans and I the only ones who think this might not be a good idea? I mean, they're your enemies for a reason. Giving them another way to haras them is like giving Bush another reason to invade Iraq (just off the top of my head). I personally wouldn't use it, because I'm the kind of person who doesn't like to hate people.

But hey, that's just my opinion.
