I like the second one a lot more, but I think the dragon overall should be more muscular. Maybe not muscular, but just a little rounder. Other then that, it's really good. I wish I sould draw like that, but I can barely pass art class with my work! Good job!

MUCH better!

The claws are off, and the wing furthest from us kinda blends in with the other wing. It seems like you copied and pasted the line from the clos wing and used it for the far one. Perhaps move the joint of the far one up a little? You see where it bends? move in up and straighten the far wing -- just a little bit. Don't overdo it. The front leg is much better, too, and he no long looks as though he's starving. He's a well proportioned dragon. :)

And the spikes look very cool. :)

Oh, he's flipping gorgeous!!!

The tip of the wings is way too busy. If you lighten that up a bit, he's practicly perfect!
Where are we going?

Lol, feed the dragons! xD

I like him! He's cuddly. My only problem is that the wings seem to be sprouting out of the wrong place to me, but that's just personal preference because I like dragon wings to be out of their backs, not their shoulders.

That was incredibly unhelpful, wasn't it?

Hehe. Me lo gusta! xD
