I'll discourage my gryphons to go for your dragons lair. Most of them don't want to risk a dragon encounter, but some of the younger ones which have dillusions of running around on adventures might. As long as your dragons stay clear of their eyries, they should be fairly safe. Gryphons; working together; have been known to tear dragons out of the sky when they tried to rob an eyrie, or taste the young in them.
Not that I expect your dragons will do this.
