Has Nano given birth to the best MA ever? What do you love about your MA?

Toss in a few character traits as well :) But please, dont swamp the thread with a detailed analysis, this is just for fun! A few sentences will suffice.

I'll start:

Shane Ralston A werewolf forced to live in Littleton in order to protect the Rubins.

What do I love about Shane?

His sarcastic humor, silent confidence and cool demeanor. 8)

Harry Fletcher: A boy from the type of family labelled by Henry Mayhew as "struggling costermonger" solves the mystery of Spring-heeled Jack, etc, etc, etc.

What do I love about Harry?

Everything! His subtle sense of humour, his inadequacies, his unsociableness, how he tries to hide his feelings.

Carl Fenton: leader of the Dragon Remnant. Impatient, sometimes reckless, and a strong fighter.

What I like about him: his quick thinking.

Adam Russo: A guy who just wants to make a difference in the world discovers that he can fly.

Why I like him: It's so cool to see how his personality changes once he realizes that he has the power to change things.

Ellima Greenwood: A young and introverted member of an alternative England, that becomes drawn into a high powered political battle when she returns to public education.

Why I like her: The way she goes against all she believes to be proper and reasonable to stand up for other people.

Viktor Marijanović: A man whose wife dies, leaving him with a piano.

What I like about him: His perseverance in the face of utter and extreme failure. How, even when he falls as low as he can possibly go, he still makes the attempt to get up again.

Annabell Cole: An incredibly intelligent 13 year-old whoes eldest brother shot himself in the head

What I like about her: She's pretty much like me, apart from the dead brother thing
*Don't expect to see me around much in the next couple of weeks. School has started again, and it'll be a couple of weeks before I've settled in. If you've asked me for a critique, you will get it, but not for a little while. Sorry*

Eric MacAllister: A raging alcoholic forced to come to terms with his lifestyle.

What I like about him: His charm and sense of humour. And his slightly idiotic naiivete. Although not as much as Clyde Crichton, his friend. xD

My main character this year is Meriwether MacNaoimhín, Esq., the bastard child and seventh son of a seventh son. I like that he's curious, intelligent, good looking - and that he has red hair. (*shallow & shameless*)

I liked last year's cast (Stella, Benji, et al.) better, but I like this years plot more.

He's not exactly the main character, but I must confess I'm very partial to him:

Driscoll: Last name and occupation undecided. Social climber? My FMC's love interest. Well, one of them. Sort of... >.< it's complicated.

What do I love about Driscoll?

He's very loyal and self-possessed. He is also something of an idealist, which means that he sometimes takes devotion to principles a bit too far. The conflict he generates is amusing, however :D Poor Driscoll.
Got a poem or short story you want me to critique?

There is only one success: to be able to spend your life in your own way, and not to give others absurd maddening claims upon it. (C D Morley)

My MC: James Marcoh, a college student in computers and business

What I like about him: The way how when he's working, he's all business, and while he's not working, he's easy to talk to. I'm loving how blunt he is when he talks to people who are less intelligent than him. XD

Main Character : Landon Maxfield. He has a great, fun personality, and is challenged with the obstacle of becoming a werewolf.

What I like about him?

I like Landon because he is so like me. He is very creative and when set with impossible tasks, he reaches for the stars.
Just write -- the rest of life will follow.

Would love help on this.

*Meriwether and Carl lock rings, or something such* NaNo redheads, unite!

I'm shamelessly picking favorites- I've two for each, but all four can't be superior. XD

ANEZKA: the daughter of Czech immigrants. She's slightly obsessive and loves to count things- and from this you can completely tell it's a NaNo, because Freaky Nerd Girl has one boy trying to raise himself from the dead to come back to her and the other one trying to marry her. Ah, one can dream.

WHAT I LIKE ABOUT HER: Her number obsession has boosted my wordcount by at least two hundred words. Thanks, darling. And her name is just cool.

CARL: son of the chairman of the Committee for Cattle Affairs at Monzanto and a retired JC Penny's catalogue model who likes to talk about her days "in the industry".

WHAT I LIKE ABOUT HIM: In the first five thousand words of the story, he: must serve ice cream to a woman who asks him what sort of ice cream they 'got' [this is at Dairy Queen, mind you], gets his hand cut with a knife whilst trying to chop onions, almost dies with his near-blind, short babcia at the wheel of his mother's '2 SEXY 4U' car complete with fuzzy dice and dashboard hula girl, and is nicknamed in a catchy (not) way by one of his co-workers as "faguette". And it sticks. He's just a whirlwind of disaster and I love him.
Graffiti is the most passionate form of literature there is.

Young and smart, but often naive and wishes to please. He was betrayed by the woman he loved and wants to find her again.
Perception is everything.
