What's your NaNo 2007 about?

Summary: Shane Ralston was a werewolf, deported from his beloved home and sent on a mission to protect Lisa Rubin. The Rubins were part of an ancient blood line and Lisa was potentially the first Seer in a century. In order to complicate his already complicated life, he's in love...love with Joyce Reed, a fairy. But fairies and werewolves were destined enemies. Amidst a tentative choice for peace, how can Shane mediate his feelings for Joyce when it goes against everything he was taught...

Summary of your NaNo (as much of one as you can give): This guy named Adam Russo wakes up one day to find himself levitating above his bed. He shrugs it off as him being half-asleep. As more of these experiences happen, he starts to think that he can fly. It seems that the only time he floats is when he's sleeping or in danger(puts a whole new meaning to Fight or Flight). That's all I've got so far, still working on some stuff.

Summary of your NaNo: I couldn't think of anything, so I just decided to use a bunch of clichés and have fun with it. In my story, a girl living in a junk yard on the edge of society is mistaken for a noble, and taken in by a royal family. She has all these birth defects, caused from growing up on radiation central, the most prominent of which is her extremely poor eyesight. So she decides to fake a high background, until she can get her hands on enough money to buy eye surgery, then escape.

At the same time, there's a huge war going on, and the country is divided into opposite extremes: the very, very rich, and the completely broke. So everything is just generally messed up.

Summary: Roger Hurt used to be a cop. He now works as a Private Detective. Most of the time, he just photographs some poor guy while he screws some girl he shouldn't be screwing, but he'll take some of the more interesting jobs once in a while. Like bounty hunting bail jumpers for his friend Freddy, or the case that just walked up his front door. Meet Michelle Johnson. Her daughter, a sixteen year old crack-addict, went missing about two weeks ago. With his pot-smoking father getting whackier every week, his new hot neighbour moving in, and following more than a dozen desperate housewives' husbands all around Old Town, Rog doesn't really have time for this case. He takes it anyway. He should've known better.
