Um... I drew a picture on GIMP, saved it, and downloaded it on YWS. ^_^;;

I did mine on GIMP as well. It's basically the affordable(free) and generic version of photoshop.

I actually often sign "Meep" on letters to various friends who know me as such; this is about as good as I could get it with a mouse and not a pen. (I don't have a scanner here.)
