School of Crazy and Weird People

"Sure!" I said. I stood up and smiled. Tama jumped up on my shoulder and shrunk at the same time.

"Is that your pet?" Brett asked.

I nodded. "What are you concentrating so hard on?" I asked when I noticed that I couldn't enter his mind. Darn it. Tamaru growled at me. Don't use your powers so carelessly like that, stupid!

"What are you concentrating so hard on?" Luna asked.
"Oh, nothing." He said as he smiled and continued to try using his power. "What is her name?" He added.

"Tamaru." I smiled. "So, what do you want to do?" I stared intently at him waiting for an answer or a slight break of his concentration.

"Whatever you want." He said.


I'll give up for now, then try again later. He thought as he stopped concentrating and looked over at her and smiled.
"Maybe play a game, or we can go to my dorm room and watch a movie, or anything." He added.

I smiled. This boy was cute but no matter how hard I tried his mind was unreadable. I told you not to do that. Now you're to weak to finish practice. Tama growled. I ignored her even though she was right and went on with the conversation.

"What is there to do around here? Anything...I don't know....fun maybe?" I asked. I could use some fun.

"There is a game room, a nearby restraint, some people from the school are putting on a play, and a nearby movie theater." He said.

I smiled. "Um...the movies I guess." I said. It's dark at the movies. So. I dont like the dark. And I don't care.

"Okay." Brett said. They walked together, him leading the way. When they got there, there were several movies to choose from, and several genres; comedy, romance, horror, and many more.
"What movie do you want?" Brett asked her.

"Hmm. Oh! I know! The Twilight movie! I love the books!" I said a little to happily. Oops. Gotta calm down.

"Have you read any of them? Twilight? New Moon? Eclipse? I really like them. I heard that the movie is supposed to be really good." I stated calmly.

"Yeah." He said as he looked up at the ticket woman. "Two tickets for the twilight movie." He added. He got the tickets and they went in. Brett walked over to the snack counter and got some popcorn, pops, and some candies before walking back to Luna.
