Chat room adventures

Adam oulled out his pole, Rick a gun, Matt his Spatula and Scipio uhh...sort of just stood there.

"Five Spatula Technique!" cried Matt as his five cooking untensals formed a star and ripped through the Monster.

"Pummel Thwack!" Adam leapt forward and struck the monster numreous times.

"Uhh...Gun shooty fire thingy!" yelled Rick as his gun shot off a single bolt into the monsters head.

Scipio stepped forward and with a flash the monster turned to dust.

"What the hell was that!" yelled Rick looking as Scipio take a seat.

"I dunno but I really need to go to the bathroom now!" Bella cries back. Matt runs down and checks the hallway.

"You're claer Bells, go ahead," he informed her as she bolted down to the bathroom, tripping and falling once.

"ow," she muttered.

"Now, what was that Adam?" Alice asked, sitting back down.

Scipio sat in his seat looking very smug, "Scipio what just happened?"

"Um... I can do that to anything but humans, or primates."

"What?"

"I can turn almost anything to dust, but I can't reverse it."

"Okay," Alice resheathes her sword and sits down. "Adam are there any more of these things on the shuttle?"

Adam pushes a few buttons, "no, no more."

"Good," Alice leans against the window and falls asleep. Scipio puts his denium jacket over her.

Adam steared the shuttle into the hanger of the Highwind.

"Alrighty then. I'm going to my quarters to send a report to Peradina about those things." said Adam, "Get Heather and Scipio in a guest room." They all walked out of the shuttle and stretched their legs.

"Nice to be back on the Highwind," said Bella.

"Computer, set course for Peradina and dock at repair station 16."

"Confirmed, "replied the computer as Adam made his way to his room.

Alice gave Scipio back his jacket and went to her room, she was still really tired. She hit her sheets and fell asleep almost immeadiatly.

Alice! a voice says in her dream, it sounds so fimiliar. Alice its me Jay! you're going to Peradin right?

Good I'll meet you there.

Wait.. What?! How did you get there?

Don't ask, but I need your help. This guy's raving, saying that I'm evil, I really need your help!

"I'm going to bed," Bella decides, walking to her room. She opened the door and there was Matt, sitting on her bed. "What are you doing here?"

"We need to do something about Mr Knight."

"Ned?"

"Yeah. He really needs to go get Jay, but can't because he's stuck in me."

"Why can't he go back into his own body?"

"I don't know, he won't tell me."

Alice tosses and turns trying to get Jay to shut up, she's going to help him.

Jay if I don't sleep I can't help you.

Sorry sorry I'm gone. Jay's voice left her head. "Thank god," she muttered, "now I can get some sleep." Slowly Alice drifts off to sleep again, not dreaming this time.

"GAH!" Matt cries, running into Bellas room late in the night.

"What is it NOW Matt?" she asks groggily. If Ned ever did get otu of matt's mind, she was gonna kill him. The only hting that kept her from killing him right then was Matt's body.

"Mr Knight says that Jay is here! Well, not here-here, but contacting someone here."

"alice," Bella muttered, getting out of bed slowly. She walked across the hall to Alice's room and opened the door. "HEy you," she whispered.

"OH god, what now?" Alice asked.

"Have you been talking to jay through your mind?"

"Um...no, why would you think that?"

"No reason, g'night," Bella replied, closing the door again. "She's lying," Bella told Matt. "Don' tworry, I'll figure it out."

Alice didn't like lying to bella but if she told the truth there would defiently be an all night buddy session, and if Alice was going to help Jay she would have to be awake.

Alice, he whispered.

Jay go away i'm going back to sleep. Alice slowly drifts back to sleep.

Adam finished the report and sent it on to Peradina's police district. That should Take care of it

"We are now docking at Peradina," said the Computer, "Shall I wake the crew?"

"No, let them sleep. Have the repair team get started. I'm going down to the YWS main office. Tell the crew we'll be here for about 2 days."

"Confirmed."

Adam shut down his computer and went to the transporters. A quick light effect later and he was on the busy planet of Peradina. Alone.

... how the hell did I get back on the ship?

Mattster sneaks onto the bridge when he's sure Alice and Bella have gone back to sleep.

What are we doing here? Ned asks.

"Somewhere in this computer, Adam has some doohickey that can track telepathic conversations. We should be able to use it to see where Jay is communicating from."

Wow.
"Well, he is a whiz with technology."
No, I was just surprised that you came up with an intelligent plan.
"Shut up."

Mattster tries to log in but doesn't know Adam's password.

"Umm... what could Adam be using as his password?"
Could it be Highwind?
"Yeah, that's not obvious at all. Dumbass," Mattster whispers as he types it in despite himself.

ACCESS GRANTED

Mattster stares. "I really need to chat to Adam about his security," he mutters as he opens MindTracker.EXE and checks Alice's mind patterns.

"Apparently the signals are coming from... that planet. Peradina."
Excellent! Well, let's go to bed.
"What? We've found Jay! Let's go and beat him up!"
No, not yet. Look at these readings from Alice's conversation with him. He knows where the ship is and that chances are, we're on it. Well, he'll know you're on it, anyway. We'll need to branch away from the Highwind at some point and go it alone.
"And how will we track him then?"

"Yeah, I've heard that one before." Mattster mutters as he returns to his bed.

Just a quick comment. Seenas this is based on us, my brother's name is Mark and he's fifteen years old, will be sixteen next month.

"Should we ring Claire?" Mark wonders as he removes his shoes and then climbs into the bed. Heather perches on a neighbouring bunk and takes out her phone. She selects Claire's number.
"Hello?" Claire yawns.
"Hi. Just thought I'd let you know we're alright. We met some new people and we're going to hang with them for a bit, okay?"
"Fine by me. I'll let mum know next time I'm at home."
"Thanks. Bye then."
"Bye Heath. Call again and tell Scipio to stay out of trouble. I suppose he's still using that name?"
"Yeah and will do."

"Well goodnight Heather," Mark calls sleepily, his azule eyes already closed.
"Night," Heather replies softly and curls up on her bunk, too tired to bother pulling the cover over her. With a quiet chuckle, Scipio rises and crosses the room. Affectionately he drags the cover from the bottom of the bed up to Heather's chin before returning to his own resting place.

"Matt, what are you doing?" Bella asks drowsily, walking out to the main part of the ship and seeing Matt, still in his pajamas, playing with Adam's computer.

"Um..nothng...Ned just..." he stammers in reply.

"Matt...ok, look, if you want my help you better start telling me the truth!"

"Ok, Ned and me were tracking down Jay. He's on the planet!"

"Oh god, that Alice's plan. She's gonna go help him," bella moans in disgust and runs to put on real clothes...and socks (the floors of the ship are REALLY cold!)

Adam made his way though the hard metal streets. Mostly androids making their way but every now and then there was an organic being.

No trees anywhere. Kinda sad...But I guess it's their choice. Not like a plant could survive here anyway. Not really a planet after all.

Ahead was the large building. It twoered at least 100 stories. One of the smallest buildings on the while planet. It had a big sign that said: YWS Adminstration Office

He walked in. It was a more organic scene. Few androids walked the area. Sure they were allies with YWS but they didn't really like having to much contact with them.

"Greetings," said the girl behind the desk, "How may I help you today?"

"Code: 56892456312587462546845" Adam said.

"Very well." She hit a few buttons on her control panel before a hidden elevator revealed itself.

"Thanks." Adam went in and was sent up.

Kitty the characters are based on us, we're the characters, but the characters around us aren't, just for future refrence.

Alice! Jay's voice rings through her head and she wakes up. We're here! Get up and help me!

I really hate it when you do that

I know you do, but I really need your help!

Fine I'll get dressed and slip out the front.

No go out the window, the people who want to attack me are in the highwind.

Then we'll kick their asses.

But everyone else is asleep and they think they're the good guys.

Fine. Alice changes into her ass kicking clothes and climbs out the window. Now where are you?

"Right behind you." She turns around and see's Jay.

"Now what do you need me for?"

"A hostage."

"A what-" before she can finish Jay's body gards have her in a tight grip with her mouth covered and take her away.
