I'd jump in and question them about it. Depending on their answer, we'll either right the matter, or drift apart. Needless to say, the latter would be pretty rough, so let's hope for the former, aye?

Situation: A person you don't generally like, and has hurt you in the past, but is blood related to you, gives you money for the holidays in a not-so-subtle attempt to buy you over. Do you spend it, ignore it, send it back...?
