Marc: "And Marc also resents being talked about as if she's not here." *to Killesha* "Our major enemies are Shadow-slaves, creatures called out of darkness and ice by Lavethaer, the ShadowScourge. Eaters devour your life-source - basically you watch your body shrivel up and die before your eyes. Writhes are demonic shapeshifters that travel through time and space." *grins* "That give you an idea of the 'bloodthirsty' beasts we've run into?"

Jake: "Sorry for being 'prejudiced.' But since Marc has a bullseye on her forehead I get a little nervous around anything that eats meat."

"Nightpad's the Raven's Familiar. He's half werewolf. Big, white, powerful, that sort of thing." ~Kit

"Likewise, the Raven is Nightpad's Familiar. She's called a half-breed, but really she's three-quarters Danann." ~Rohsair

"Just don't ask what the Sense is. I still don't get it properally." ~Harry

Yeah, I've noticed the kill and not eat trend of monsters in movies. That doesn't happen in real life. Or at least the version I'm being written in. ~Conall

I'm impressed how you can explain something without explaining anything at all. I don't think Killesha understands any more than when she asked. ~Lyn

And I've been on the wrong side of too many swords, especially being a dragon of darkness. It's frustrating having the good guys hate you and the bad guys hate you too. Just because I seem to be aligned with darkness and shadows doesn't I'm evil. ~Alex
