Tall and handsome. Dark brown hair. Good with girls. If he's not the hero (but he probably is), he's extremely important, and the hero admires him a lot.
Sounds like an antagonist to me. Brown hair and eyes, not that handsome or ugly but pretty tall.
Oliver Filaminov.
Proud Venezuelan.
Harry Potter, Avatar, Death Note, The Legend of Zelda and Sweeney Todd fan.
"There are two infinite things: The Universe and human stupidity"- Albert Einstein
o.O I was going to say "tall and gangly" for Oliver Filaminov, too! Creepy...
...Er, anyway, Oliver Dowe... Is a businessman, probably someone's boss, maybe even someone's boss's boss. Successful, wears suits and ties and is generally a fairly boring sort of person, though he would have been a very interesting person if he had followed his dreams in his youth, instead of getting a secure, soul-sucking "real job" like his parents wanted.
I'm guessing a tall girl with blond hair probably popular
Dean Jamieson
Horace the Dragon RULEZ!
Epic Movie Rox My Sox
AH! you shot me in the f****** eye! Ah! why would you do that, that was completly unessary!
That really Hurts!
Black hair, brown eyes. Dean is the popular kid at school. He's never more than twelve feet away from a pack of adoring girls. Though his parents are rich, and he's popular, Dean is very depressed. He really wants for someone to truly like him.
Haylen Richards
Voldemort: You kids! If I ever find out who's calling I will tell the wizard law and you will go to wizard jail and then I'll kill you!
Hmm... Haylen sounds kind of feminine to me, though you specify male. I think of a guy of 16 or so, kind of "feminine" but not in a flamboyant, stereotypical way, just sensitive and shy. Brilliant artist, always spattered with paint and clay. Hair which constantly falls over brown eyes, freckles, sweet smile.

"I myself am composed entirely of flaws, stitched together with good intentions."- Augusten Burroughs
A junior high school girl who has an iPod and a cell phone and a BlackBerry and whatever else. She's scheming and pretty smart, but also obnoxiously girly and spoiled without any of the characters ever commenting on that.
