Has very fair-hair, and is more than people think of her. Quiet and caring, she doesn't speak too much. Is very delicate, like porcelaine, but has, perhaps, some dark secret? Helps those around her, but tends to be unnoticed.
A sadistic, angel-like being who still seems like an innocent little girl who doesn't understand that she's causing someone immense pain with her actions. In fact, she finds it normal. So, would she really be sadistic?
I don't know the gender of the character; I'll go for female, ok? I just kind of picture her female, I don't know. I think she has long brown hair, perhaps curly, and is shy. Doesn't say much, but is a very good listener.
I see a plain-looking girl with long, straight brown hair. She always wears long jean skirts with plain shirts. She's very shy and can often be found browsing through the stacks of books at the public library.

I don't know, it kind of sounds a tad bit cliche (don't kill me, lol, it isn't as if my names aren't, either...). Cowboy? Western? The whole I-have-to-save-the-town-from-bandits thing?
It looks feminine, but it sounds to me like Cecil, a masculine name. I think she was probably named after her father or grandfather Cecil. Obviously, the family is french, with the -eux at the end of the name. I think Cecilie is a very girly, semi-aristocratic person. Probably rather flirty, too.
