Either horror or melodramatic chick lit. I'd be interested.

It sounds like some sort of Sci-Fi, strange enough to catch my attention. It seems a bit bland, but I would pick it up :-)

A crime novel. Or a drama of some description.

Definetly an action book, almost Jakie-Chan-like. I wouldn't read it, I'm not a fan of those.

Seems like it would be a war novel, or perhaps horror, but it definitely evokes action-type thriller images. I quite like it!

For some reason it makes me think either fantasy, or something Egyptian. Either way, I would pick it up and see what it's about, if it's fantasy, I probably wouldn't read it. Egyptian on the other hand... =D

Evil Angel
But that is not the question. Why we are here, that is the question. And we are blessed in this, that we happen to know the answer. Yes, in this immense confusion one thing alone is clear. We are waiting for Godot to come. -Beckett

Sounds like a dramatic action book, but unless it's a autobiography of Satan, I wouldn't read it because it sounds sacriligous.

Sounds like a horror or something about ghosts. Could even be a tragedy thing. I've read too many of those books though, so I might not pick it up. I guess it would depend on the summary or the cover art.

A romance, Romeo and Juliet-like. Something dramatic.

I might buy it, that is if a blurb was interesting. The tittle would urge me to at least look at it, though.

Coded.
I realized that I said I'd be gone for only two weeks...but I was gone for much longer.I hope to stay on this time. :)

I once tried to write a novel and its working title was Highest Degree, because of this quote I found on the web:

"The degree of ignorance and predjuice against deaf culture is unusually high."

I have a couple of suggestions:

Underline your most powerful phrases and try them out as titles

Try to find the main theme in the novel and pick something related to that (like I did, a quote)

Use the main character's name (although that can get old)
And we'll be a dream...

"Dee Dubbleyou." - BigBadBear

Deafwriter, you're supposed to rate the title above you and post one of your own for the next person to rate.

"Scavenger" def sounds like a thriller. I like one-word titles!

"At the End of the Rainbow" seems fairytale-like and sentimental. Or is that the point?

My title for my upcoming short story:

Sounds a bit like a sci-fi set on earth where Anybody smart is made to create giant weapons that are used to fight other planets.
