It sounds discomfitingly prosaic, and I don't think I'd pick it up, as a novel - unless it a had brilliant cover art. !_! Though as a parodic advice book, I can imagine something very amusing. ^_^

I remember this one... Oh well. I like the way that the verbs contradict each other. I'd pick it up to see what it was about, since the title doesn't really tell anything about the story.

Eh, it's kind of boring. Chances are I would not pick it up...might not even finish reading the title. Of course, I'm not much for romance novels (assuming that is what this is).

It makes me giggly seeing the word "Boise" so I would probably pick it up for that alone, and figure out what it is about. Boise was Oscar Wilde's boyfriend's nickname :-D Otherwise, alliterations don't sound right in titles...

Isn't all ink black? Why would this interest someone? I think it might serve better as 'purple ink' or..even better 'white ink' :D

A self-help book, or a socio-political satire. The last 30% of the book is blank with "this page intentionally left blank" printed on it. Not eco-friendly.

Either WWII or Vietnam...I ilke WWII...but I probably wouldn't pick it up--I'm not a big historical fiction (or nonfiction, for that matter) person, but maybe someone else would.

I'm guessing a computer-based story about a computer geek exploring his/her sexuality for the first time. A modern coming of age novel, if you will. It may or may not involve internet hookups, not sure I'd read it.

Haha, a young adult novel about the marching band...depending on the cover, I'd probably pick it up. I'd say it's about the marching band kids being picked on by the jocks and they have been running but suddenly they decide to end the war and fight back--because there are more marching band kids than jocks. I see humor!

(Haha, totally not even close, but your summary sounds like a great story!)

I'm guessing it's a YA-book about how to write good YA. I'd probably read it, if it weren't just stupid teenybopper stuff like how to write like Meg Cabot.

A stag is a male deer, is it not? Since not everyone would know this (I first thought horse, then looked it up. Nope, I was wrong) it may leave people confused. And it makes me think of something corny, like Black Beauty. But... It might be good? I wouldn't pick up just because I don't read animal type books.

My first thought is of the flood of books in younger readers section, all spin-off of Lemony Snicket. ^_^' I might very well glance at it.

My love for any Latin would make me pick it up, solely. And the meaning of it (I'm not sure I could literally translate it, but the internet is useful so I got a basic idea of it) I would most likely pick it up, and buy it depending on what it really was about.

I would so pick it up. It's suck an oxymoron, that it's interesting. It doesn't leave much room for what the book would be about, but I suppose it could be a metaphor in some way? ohhh its good.
