I'm seeing either a story about some Rosetta-stone-type language thriller or a fantasy based on a quest to a stone in some distant location, protected by a charm, with lots of valuable things {knowledge, money, WOMEN!? ahaha, just kidding. o_O;} inside!

Either way, it's definitely intriguing -- makes the reader immediately want to know what is being unlocked, what secrets the stone holds!

A wistful urban teenage romance.

Reminiscent of a book I've heard about, but haven't gotten the chance to actually read -- it reminds me of 'Child Called It', about terrible, horrible things that are done to a child. I believe he {?} is kept in a basement or an otherwise isolated room and horribly abused. o_O; So... although horrible, I still think it might be interesting and would probably pick it up.

A more typical every day type story set in a high school with an arrogant male for the MC, who is a real jerk.

All in a day.

I have a feeling this is like one of humongous epic adventures that involves some sort of retired hero. Not fantasy, but a modern day one. If not that, then sci-fi or urban fantasy. Then, at the end, the hero either dies or becomes a full time hero again.

Crushing Blow
There once was a cat.
He wasn’t particularly fat.
Fuzzy was his favorite mat.
And really, that was that.

Oh, but did you really think so?
Keep reading, it’s just the start of the show!
And as for how far this tale will go…
Well, even the cat doesn’t know.

A dark, gritty, and sinister story about the hard life of a boy on the run from something . . . bad. Or the tale of a troubled teenage girl whose father is abusive and cannot be stopped. Sounds like something I might read.

A story about hope, undoubtedly. Sounds like either something fragile and beautiful or something very dark with hope shimmering through. Depends on whether you focus more on the cloud or on the silver lining.

Gah I'm not good at this but I'll have a go...

It seems to me that it is a modern day type story about a girl or a boy (either or) who tries to get through life

Ooh, sounds like a story about dead souls who somehow are associated with normal life on earth. Perhaps a horror story?

The story of a man who has an affair with a woman newly widowed. Sorry, but that's what I got from it.

A story about the human's wrongdoings. The human's twisted minds led to the destruction of everything around him. Chaos, blood, death everywhere. The human's end. Apocalypse.

Dark and erotic story about demons and humans with a vampire thrown in amidst lots of witchcraft and sorcery and sex scenes. Black and bloody cover art. Would never pick up, sorry.

Something visceral, kind of a gritty story about revolution or some personal family tragedy that the author manages to turn into a complex story. :S
It kind of reminds me of a quote: "Childhood is the Kingdom where nobody dies". What comes to mind is either a revolution story or a teen novel.

It sounds like a teen drama...
the first thing that pops in my head when I read that title
is recycling, but for some reason I highly doubt thats what
it's about...
