What I like to read: Fantasy! Both YA and Adult. Also, contemporary romance, but more so YA. I also love historical fiction, and some science fiction as well.

My favourite thing about YWS: How I am able to connect and reconnect with similar-minded and writing-and-or-reading peeps.

Two fun facts about me: 1. I have traveled to Mexico, England, Portugal, and will be going to Japan next week! (For states -- California, Oregon, Utah, Arizona, Alabama, Georgia. Texas, North Carolina, New York, and Massachusetts also are included, but were only airport stops haha.)

2. I am a science teacher -- currently for General Science in a middle school, but I also have taught biology at the high school before too

What I like to read: poetry. i occasionally read fanfiction, and i can also enjoy a cozy romance.

My favorite thing about YWS: chatting with my friends. i've made some really great connections on here.

Where you can find me: i'm most active in april for napo. i hang around the people tab often, and i lurk in many pads. i was in the roleplay scene for a bit, but i haven't joined any recently.

Two fun facts about me: my username used to be avianwings47, which is where the current name is from. i've been considering changing my username for a very long time, but i don't know what i want to change it to. also, i care very deeply about the aesthetic of my profile. everything must revolve around a theme.

What I like to write: I really enjoy writing poetry, but I've been getting more into writing novels as well as writing short stories.

What I like to review: I'll review pretty much anything I can find in the greenroom, although I don't review much anymore, I think I mostly reviewed short stories or chapter books! ^^

What I like to read: Horror, mystery, and romance

My favorite thing about YWS: The people! Everyone here since I joined back in 2023 has been so sweet and welcoming towards me, they've helped me through some tough times and gave me courage to post my writing without dreading every moment of it lol. The people here are a real loving community, which is very hard to find now-a-days.

Where you can find me: Pretty much everywhere, but mainly through the people's tab!

Two fun facts about me: 1. I'm learning to play guitar and piano currently, it's (not) going well, but I'm getting somewhat better at it! 2. I'll collect just about anything and everything that I deem pretty; rubber ducks, music boxes, coins, figurines, and coffee mugs! (for some reason?) 3. One more fun fact! I've been trying to tame a stray cat (who I've named Apollo, because of his pretty golden coat) He's a fluffy, and shy Maine coon(?) who recently showed up in our neighborhood!

What I like to write: I love, just love Avatar! So currently, I'm working on two drafts! One based on the game, and one on the movie. I also like to write Minecraft fantasy, fanfiction, and I'm even working on a story that takes place in 1865, the time of slavery.

What I like to review: LITERALLY ANYTHING. Poems, short stories, horror, fantasy, non-fiction, extra-terrestrial, anything.

What I like to read: Avatar, WoF, Warriors (going to soon!), Humphrey, Carmen Sandiago, Project Hail Mary, a lot.

My favorite thing about YWS: All the stories! I've never had this much to read before! (Also, all the ppl around my age!)

What I like to review: Anything! Except romance cuz I'm not really into it! And preferably fantasy! But I'm fine with most genres, as long as they're written well!

What I like to read: Again, fantasy. I'm a fantasy girl. Mysteries and science fiction too.

My favourite thing about YWS: I haven't been on here long, but I like how we're encouraged to give helpful, friendly reviews and how everyone seems to be a good writer here (Hopefully including me?).

Where you can find me: Reading other people's stories or working on like five different drafts cuz I'm so bad at staying on one story long enough to finish it. Mostly the latter.

Two fun facts about me: I currently have around forty (yes, forty) story ideas, ranging from "one-line concepts" to "taking up half a notebook", and the number is (unfortunately) growing. Cuz, again, I am so incredibly bad at staying on one story for an extended period of time. (Can I count that as my second fun fact? If not, I...um...taught myself to play two songs on a piano? True fact.)

What I like to review: Well, I think I can review just about everything!! I am not the best with longer prose, like novels, but I like to be surprised when I enjoy them more than I anticipated :p But I do prefer poetry by far.

My favorite thing about YWS: I love being able to interact with sooo many brilliant writers and thinkers here!! There really is a space for everyone, roleplayer to poet to prose writer, and I think that's so meaningful that we're all here together :3

My favourite thing about YWS: I love this community, the way how we manage to stay friendly, chill and silly. Internet still needs corners like this and I'm forever grateful that I stumbled upon this one. Also forums??? Falling into rabbit holes is my brain's talent no. 1 and our forums are awesome for that.
