No Vowels! Poetry Challenge

Put your poetry power to the test with this challenge which requires creativity, wit, and just a little silliness! To celebrate YWS's 21st Birthday we're doing the very most YWS thing and leaning into the literary and quirky theme of the 21 consonants, and that means N0 V0w3ls allowed! For this poetry challenge you are asked to write a poem (any form) that does NOT use any vowels.

You are welcome to use... lines, images, numbers, symbols, punctuation or any other non-vowels that your heart desires to produce your poem. The more creativity the better!

@alliyah (who has a suspiciously high vowel to consonant name ratio!) is going to be the judge, to declare a singular winner. If she fails to do this, please steal her hat.

Entries are due by the end of 11/16/25 in your time zone.
