Each character would probably get invited to participate in this quest in different ways. If your character and their godly parent have a relationship/they're close, they most likely got invited by them. If not, they either got a letter from Athena or Athena personally visited them!
Feel free to write a scene before they depart to the Underworld to introduce their home/personal life a little bit. Whether it's a conversation with their godly parent or just them packing, the opening scene of your post should tell us what type of person your character is and what their life looks like.
When your character departs for the quest, if they live in the Mortal Lands, they must somehow get to Greece and arrive at Cape Tainaron (the mortal entrance to the Underworld. Your character will see the skeletal ferrycaptain at the divine docks that only demigods and divine can see. They must pay a small fine to ride the River Lethe). If your character already lives in the Underworld or the Upperworld in general, they can usually find shortcuts to get to Cape Tainaron (like Xanthe, who has a magical staircase to anywhere in Hecate's domain) or they're only a walk away from Persephone's Garden.
When they arrive at Persephone's Garden, we can have our characters mingle for a bit as they wait for Athena and Persephone! You can use Xanthe's post as a guide for descriptions for the Garden if you'd like to include that in your post. Feel free to add your own little details, too! <3
To avoid repeating posts, the posting order will determine your character's arrival time. Since Xanthe's post was first, she arrived first. Once all the introductory posts are in, we can all collab on one where Athena addresses them as a whole (to avoid repetitive posts.) This also gives our characters a chance to meet each other and develop early dynamics!

Thanks for listing that out!! I should be able to make Saturday, and I can try to make some progress throughout the week too! (I am painfully slow with any sort of writing rn, for some reason XD)

Okay, that outline is seriously helpful. I'm gonna try to get my post in by the end of the week. I could try to be in the pad on Saturday, but I don't know if something will pop up.
