@rangerofithilien I leave this for you here, but Sy has left an encoded message in his drawing of flowers for her, and between the glued pieces of paper is a piece of paper hidden (not glued, but essentially "packaged") of a piece of an article he bribed the doctor into printing out from an outside news source, confirming his claims.

The encoded message is as follows. The code is basically that a color of flower represents a different letter, and if you want you can run with that!

The article is titled:

"The Pheligian Falcon Taken By Storm: The Intergalactic Guard's Controversial Plan to Manage the Galaxy's Worst Criminals in the Face of an Impossible Dilemma"

You get the gist. Lol. Yay, impossible moral and ethical problems! I've created a trolley problem. I'm sorry. The contents of the article talk about the galaxy-wide discourse around the ethics of it as well as the impossibility of being able to relocate so many dangerous criminals on so short a timeline. Some sources dispute it having to come to this -- the IG should've foreseen this possibility. Some conspiracists think they did, and they wanted to doom the criminals to this fate. Some think the criminals deserve it.

Will our characters be able to solve this issue for everyone? Sadly, no. There is no plot in which they get to be heroes and free everyone in the prison... but, like any self-ambitious criminals, they can try to save themselves.
