Quick question, are there any rich families (even slightly richer) at all in Sticks? I was considering what Caelan’s quirk should be and I got this silly idea of what if he somehow has a secret “business deal” with some rich girl to regularly play house/tea party with her (because she either has no one to play with or she wants a male character in her games) in exchange for him getting to read any of her (or her family’s) books. He tolerates her but also secretly imagines living in luxury at the same time. He’d be too embarrassed to tell anyone about this arrangement, even his mom, and he also doesn’t want people to know he associates with someone from a rich family on the regular lol.

I'd think there are some Blue Suns families in the area that would be wealthy enough to own a library

Ohhhh @Lael that's adorable and can totally happen. Let's say that she's the daughter of the local Lumshade provider (a fictional drug I can give more info on). Her parents would be chemists who work with the Blue Suns, but don't have to be suns themselves. They would get their wealth from the drug trade.
I will see you guys later tonight! I've put some more brainstorming in the pad, mostly for how Ramona will probably relate to your guys and view them at first, then over time. I think it'll be good for us to have major character beats and conflicts/events for each phase planned out so that we have direction and can big-brain how all their stories intertwine in the most satisfying way possible!
