Hey so I just figured out you can see the character forms by clicking the character's name (This is my second day on here so my bad) and I saw there is another vampire. I have a different idea. So maybe a guy who's cursed with the hanahaki disease? (I'll include what it is below in case you didn't know)
So the hanahaki disease is a idea based in Japan of basically a heartbreak disease. Whoever is infected with the hanahaki disease gets it because they have unrequited love for another person. If time goes on and it remains un-reciprocated (Not a word but don't care), then flowers bloom in their lungs. As it gets worse the flowers crowd the persons lungs and throats until it chokes them to death. (They'll often throw up flower petals and blood when its bad). The only way to get rid of it is to get a surgery to remove it, or to resolve the feelings. Whether its you getting over them, or they return your love.
(It could be some kind of heartbreak Cupid, so they can see when people aren't meant to be and could (but wouldn't) curse the person with the disease)
