Raia was back in her room at this point, and she stood as she heard him move. She stepped out to wait for him.

Sirejj met her in the halls. He was obviously prepared to leave. "I must go now." He motioned towards the tunnels from where he'd originally come.

Raia raised an eyebrow. "You got what you came for, then. Shall I tell my sister and mother that you're going?" She wondered if he'd ever really wanted to learn their ways, or if all he wanted was the information. Her mother's words echoed in her kind--she had felt the interloper's presence in Sirejj, apparently. Did that mean they were allies? Or perhaps enemies? Mother had trusted him enough to reveal everything, so perhaps they were enemies and Sirejj sought to undo him.

It was eternally frustrating the lack of their ability to communicate.

"Is there another way up?" He pointed upwards, and then gestured down the halls with a frown. He'd go back if he had to, but he'd like to avoid it if possible.

"I'll take you back to the waterfall, if that's what you want." She gestured toward the exit. "But I believe you should speak to Kurra. Slinking away without a word doesn't paint you in a very good light."

He understood her meaning. He sighed. "Will Kurra speak with me?"

She paused, trying to decipher his meaning. She couldn't, and she shrugged at him. "Come with me. I'll take you to her."

Sirejj felt like this would not end well. He had sensed Kurra's anger. He did not wish to provoke it further. Though she may reveal more to him through her emotion, he did not intend to make of her an enemy. If he hadn't already. He followed Raia.

Raia strode down the hall towards Kurra's chamber, glancing over her shoulder to see if Sirejj was following.

He followed, sorting through his thoughts to find what words to speak. Little good it would do him. If he could get out of Kurra a better way to escape the caves, he'd be content.

Raia led him through the tunnels to Kurra, who had the curtain-door drawn. She rapped her lance on the stone.

"Leave me be, Raia."

"The Zabrak wishes to leave," Raia replied. "I thought you ought to know."
The curtains snapped back, and Kurra stood there looking at Sirejj with her eyes narrowed. "So soon?" She looked a bit pale.

He didn't understand their words when they talked to each other. He stepped forward.

"I have questions that still must be answered. The answers cannot be found here."

Kurra turned to him. "Answers about Saro? Who do you think can tell you? We are all that's left."

"Unless you have more to share, I have my own ways. I still cannot fathom how she sided with him. I did not expect her to be a malevolent character when I first heard her name." He glanced over his shoulder. "And I sense I am no longer welcome." He could still feel the emotions boiling under her icy exterior.

"Malevolence does not begin to describe her betrayal." A vein stood out in Kurra's jaw, but she kept her demeanor calm. "You needn't leave if you wish to learn more of our faith. I will train you, or my mother will. But if you want to know more about Saro, the rest we know is not for you. You'll have to find your own way to those answers."
