NAPO POEMS!!! My Theme For My Poems Is Emotions

What is NaPo?
So as you may know Napo is national poetry month. It is a writing challenge where you write a poem everyday of the month of April. But here on yws we do things a little differently.

You can set any goal for yourself you want. But we give out badges for 15 poems, 30 poems, and a poem everyday, for every user that has posted their poems in a NaPo thread.

how to participate
I see you have posted your NaPo thread here which is great! Though you might think about changing the title. You can have a name for your thread, or you can just say something like "capybaras NaPo 2024" or whatever you want. You change titles by editing your first post and changing the words in the subject.

themes
On themes, there is no right answer. But when we talk about themes for napo threads we usually mean the over arching message we want to send with each of our poems. Pondering a part of life, reviewing your last, dreaming about the future. Really whatever you want! It's all up to you! But you also don't need one at all! My past two napos I never had a theme I just wrote what ideas came to me!

I really like your writing style! your poems are very direct and have a strong meter. Especially with the repetition (like how you repeated "cats" or "dogs" over and over, but it wasn't very tedious to read, which is great.
