@herbalhour, if he took a plea deal, then it's likely he was brought down to second-degree murder as a part of the plea deal ^^
@Zyria, I'm glad I didn't come off as rude. This is just sort of my specialty XDD I get that the American justice system has a lot of corruption in many places, so I wasn't trying to say it didn't.

So a little note about how things will go. Once all the characters are submitted I'll write the first intro post from Kate's POV just describing the ship everyone's on as we're flying into the place and I'd like to include what everyone is doing so I'll put up a pad soon so that everyone can go in there and give a little note on what everyone is likely to be doing as we fly in.
After that its intro posts as usual.
Then we'll need to have a small pad session just to establish exactly what thoughts will be front and center because of this place's influence and how each person is going to see the place. And we'll carry on from there.
I'm probably also going to leave a little section just for everyone to leave a first impression of everyone's characters in their own character's POV, just to get a little headstart into how interactions might go and potential allies/enemies and such.

I do have to say though. This place has no atmosphere or plantlife so umm she's basically going to be powerless. So if you want to adjust her powers based on that I won't stop ya.
