I'm surprised how well it's coming together given how fast I'm writing compared to usual haha, but I guess that's the magic of NaNo (and pretty good prior research, if I do say so myself. that might run out towards the end of the month, though let's not worry about that until finals are over and I can read more journal articles/ documents again)

Wish I'd had more time to actually do research for some stuff beforehand but that's what you get for trying to write non-fiction after finals. Oh, also I scrapped an article I had quite a bit of research done for already because the topic turned out to be dodgier than I'm ready to write about right now haha.
I'm changing things up a bit -- going to use a small daily goal for both writing and research (focusing more on the research aspect).

I know that won't bring me up to 50,000 by the end of the month, but I've decided that getting my facts right is more important than getting the wordcount in. (That might have been different if I had already done all the research before this month, but this is not the universe where that happened haha.) I'll still calculate my total wordcount though, just for funsies, and keep posting here of course c:
