Sera sighed heavily. "My life is certainly made significantly more stressful. Maybe when the gods wake we can make a prayer to Haelar, but for now so long as they can't hurt us and we maybe change the locks on all the doors we should be alright."

Ky sighed and pulled her knees to her chest and buried her face in them. For someone so smart, sometimes Sera was stupid. How infuriating. She wished she hadn’t come here. Wished she would have dragged Lyra to a parlor or something. Or that she wouldn’t have been so loud to begin with.
