(I gave the East a heavy overhaul in my head. It's pretty ethnically diverse and has Gaelic/Celtic inspiration language-wise, but its social structure and style is very French Rococo)

(True enough ^^) (That's actually kind of funny though that you mention that because Ky's home in canon is very, very, very loosely Celtic sourced. Like, I take a ton of creative liberties and didn't actually research much lol but the music/dances are heavily Celtic derived and very energetic and the language has the same Celtic sort of v i b e s)
