Ky winced at that and inclined her head. It was so odd. Hearing a nobleman having been humbled. Learned what it was like to live as a peasant. She supposed that gave him valuable insight into the lives and perspectives of his subjects. Perhaps it was a good thing, in a way. Perhaps all nobles should spend a year or two roughing it before they took the title.

Ky smiled a little more. "That's great!" It felt like adults usually got overlooked when talking about systematic changes to education -- start a new system off with the youth. Let the benefits grow with the children. It was fantastic that they were making an effort to educate the adults that already existed rather than just plan for educated adults in the future.
