(Hopefully <3 sometimes gentle yoga helps relieve my cramps or just standing in a scalding shower with the water aimed directly at whatever hurts until I kind of lose feeling in general lol)(but also ik it’s infuriating to get unsolicited advice especially when it’s HaVe YoU tRiEd YoGa (tho the I think it’s called upward dog legitimately does help but nowhere near fixes) so I leave you with my sympathy)

(Valid! I used to be into it in high school but these days I only do that singular pose intermittently when my lower back gets too sore for me to bear since that’s where I usually cramp)(and also my job made my back soooo sore today so perhaps I shall take my own advice and give it a stretch lol)(you basically just lie flat on your face on the ground. Put your hands under your shoulders like you’re gonna do a push up. But rather than being on your toes stay on the tops of your feet and push until your thighs are hovering off the ground. Stretches out the lower back and a bit on the abdomen. Doesn’t help every time but it’s near the top of my toolbox to at least try)

(Ehh we’re in the danger zone where it doesn’t actively hurt so then I forget about it and do stupid shit like this lol I’ve been doing fairly good about it because I’ve been wearing a brace that just makes things wildly inconvenient so I remember not to do anything haha but it’s been really irritating my palm where it keeps rubbing so I am taking a break before bed and then stuff like this happens. Going back to my brace of shame in a min lol)(but yeah it has made improvement. It’s still just pissing me off and is on the brink of disaster at all moments and makes me have to alter my work to avoid straining it and I’m just really sick of it ngl)

(Thanks! Yeah it’s wild when this happens. My coworkers feel very bad for me but are also amused because I have mixed dominance which is the worlds most annoying form of dominant hands lol a lot of things I’m ambidextrous with, most things I have a slight right hand dominance, and some things I have a left hand dominance. And I keep discovering things this week that I’m left handed with haha)(like I’ve been learning new techniques and they’re like ‘are you right handed or left handed?’ And it’s like I don’t know yettttt gimme a sec lol)

(That’s neat you’re left handed tho! I do admit I generally claim right handedness until I can’t, like when I hurt my left wrist and am crippled haha like I would say I’m 60% right handed, 35% ambidextrous, and 5% left handed in my entirely unscientific guesstimate lol)(but I do actively try to strengthen my left hand to become more ambidextrous — my left hand is much slower but I can write better with it than a lot of people have penmanship at baseline lol with my endo I wasn’t allowed to miss class so when my period had me on the verge of passing out I would take notes and/or doodle with my left hand so that I actively had to focus and not think about my pain)(but also I am left handed when it comes to drinking and carrying things and lemme tell you that is inconvenient this month haha)
“Do they have all the supplies up here?” That made Ky feel… weird. And she wasn’t sure why. The three of them? Just… being left unsupervised together? That… that seemed like… that didn’t seem allowed. She was supposed to be an adult. Supposed to be around adults.
