And interestingly enough Scarlett scientists believe that the Sea of Reeds could be the Nile. There is actually a known phenomenon when there are really strong winds along the Nile area. Because of sandbanks when the wind blows just right the water seems to separate and if somehow it got strong enough you could actually walk across it.
