Yeah, but in some way, it isn´t bullying if it only happens once. If this is something that repeats every day, it would be considered bullying.

I'm guessing that bullying is like when people scream bad things at you when you're doing something big and the like

Yeah, I guess it´s a crime but I don´t know how it is handled when you are under the age of consent.
