Hi! Have you ever thought what kind of baked good or pastry you'd be? About what sort of confection best represents your personality, your essence, what you stand for? No? Then this thread is just right for you :D Please post a short description of a baked good that represents who you are. We accept a broad definition of 'baked good', which includes anything you might buy at a bakery or bakery-equivalent, wherever you are in the world. If you'd rather represent yourself as a cup of coffee or tea, for example, that is a very valid choice and please do post that here.

I am a chewy bagel tucked in the back of the display case, sprinkled with lots of poppy seeds and absolutely nothing else.

I once texted my sister that when I grow up I'm hoping to be an Apple Fritter and I still think that'd probably be ideal. I mean it's like a donut and a funnel cake and an apple pie all in one... like @_@ wow #goals

As far as what I am now??? Maybe a chocolate chip granola bar with almonds and random sunflower seeds but you might miss them? XD One day though... apple fritter!
you should know i am a time traveler &
there is no season as achingly temporary as now
but i have promised to return

@alliyah I've never seen Apple Fritters before but they sound great @_@

Chocolate chip granola bars are also top tier and very fitting I think! Getting 'random sunflower seed' in granola is always a nice surprise :D

Considering that I usually pick apple fritters when I go to a doughnut shop, I guess I'm an apple fritter. (Plus I love fruit so it suits me I guess. Then again, I also really love dark chocolate so maybe a chocolate cookie would work too, i dunno.)

That´s an odd and interesting question... I always had the impression I would be a bit like a "Huit à la créme" (I don´t know if there´s even an English name). It looks like an 8 and the holes are filled with pudding.

They are sweet but also crunchy. Just like me, I guess? xD

I’m claiming a brownie because they’re simple and kind of basic but they make everyone happy and you’re kind of happy when you stumble across one.

That doesn’t sound very scrumptious

Scrumptious sounds like it would be crispy.

Which word would you imagine would taste sweet, sour or crispy?

'Apricot' sounds like a sour word but apricots themselves can be pretty sweet c: (Maybe there are apricots in my poppy seed bagel, who knows? c:)

Oh, that´s neat. The word has that sour "feeling"

I think the baguette sounds crispy but the bread itself has a more "flimsy" tone.

Who wants to become a writer? And why? Because it’s the answer to everything. It’s the streaming reason for living. To note, to pin down, to build up, to create, to be astonished at nothing, to cherish the oddities, to let nothing go down the drain, to make something, to make a great flower out of life, even if it’s a cactus.
