It's a topping for salad that's usually liquid, but how thick the liquid is kind of varies? I don't eat salad a lot, so I'm not really sure what the different kinds are like. But there's ones like blue cheese, ranch, basil & tomato, and plenty of other salad dressings. I got a whole list of them one time from a waitress when my meal at a restaurant came with a salad side.

Oh yeah, there are a lot. Best known is probably Neuschwanstein Castle, Hohenzollern Castle and Wartburg Castle Heidelberg has Heidelberg Palace. That´s the name. How original.
