Also, on a slightly unrelated note: does anyone have any ideas for why everyone's been turned into their costumes? I tried coming up with a Super Secret Mage Scheme™, but all I could think of was that some random other character's magic went haywire and accidentally turned everyone into their costumes/brought them to the graveyard. >>
Okay, so hear me out: I have my own version of Loki. He thinks he's very good at magic - which he is. But he's not really all that old, so him messing up on his magic isn't exactly unlikely. What if he was trying to prank one group of people, but ended up pranking our group by accident - and accidentally used the spell on himself? We could have the group go to a spooky, magical place to look for something to break the curse.
I'm literally down for anything! Though Autumn is not heheh I can't wait for these characters to try to navigate whatever world they're now in with their new identities and powers

That sounds so cool! I sort of don't want to use 'Loki' as a name for the trickster god, though. Drawing on very real and culturally significant mythology seems... I'm not quite sure how to put it, but I like the idea!

I can understand that, @IconspicuoslyAlpacaing! You're definitely entitled to your own opinion on that, even though I don't entirely agree with it.
He usually does use another name, though, so maybe that would be better? He probably wouldn't actually go by Loki at any point in the roleplay - he would just be using the Marvel Loki as a Halloween costume because both him and his creator like some irony.
If we really can't use him, I'll have to sit down and figure out who a good alternative character is. I'm not sure I really have anyone with the same kind of magic who would do something like this. ^^"

As a backup, I could maybe have Rew be responsible for this? I'm really a big fan of my original idea because of the costumes I have in mind for him and someone else he would end up in the graveyard with but I could also see Rew theoretically causing this whole thing by accident.
@LordMomo, his name is Rew! Romi is his friend - they're from the same story. If I've ever slipped and mentioned one name instead of the other, it wasn't intentional in the slightest. ^^"
