Conversation help please

Can someone please help me, my character always seems to run away from conversations in a flurry of see you laters.

I need help it is starting to give my character an evasive quality and i want to avoid that.

I need model on how to end a conversation between my charaters my dialouge skills are real great.

When I'm stuck I go and have a conversation with friends or family members (even if it annoys them) and note down how each person expresses themself.

well, you'll want to avoid "see you later"s any how, using things like that clutters up events. You have to keep in mind while writing that everything (every line of dialogue) has to move the story forward.

Make the "see you laters" narrative. Don't waste dialogue on something so trivial.

The characters don't always have to give a farewell...perhaps they're cut off, and can't finish their conversation? Oh, the drama! Or maybe one character is so angry they walk off in a storm, without saying good bye? Something like that could add to characterization...

Just a few ideas.
