"Alright then!" Dilan exclaimed. He marched ahead his head held up high. They passed by a dozen or so marketplaces and every single one of them attracted Sasha's attention.
By the time Sasha, Mercury, and Dilan had arrived to the town library, everyone was holding Sasha's shopping bags. She had bought many things from the marketplace on their way here.
"You practically used up all my money, Sasha!" Dilan laughed. Then, he looked at Mercury. "Do you have any money left or are you half broke like me?"
"Good, we might be needing some. For bribery." Dilan winked. Sasha gave him a questioning look. "You'll see." He snickered. He opened the door, and gestured for the two girls to enter.
He can be a pessimist at times, but he's so sweet! Sasha observed.
She nods and follows them smiling and fan-girling silently to herself about the two of them and how cute theyd be together. She made a face and continued following the two.
Sasha stuck out her tongue to Mercury, knowing exactly what she was thinking. "Miss Librarian?" Sasha said, frowning as Dilan walked off in another direction. "Where's the history section?" She pointed to where Dilan was at. She was an old woman with bright hazel eyes, grey hair, and wrinkles all over her face. She was reading a book.
Walking into the History section, Sasha grinned once she saw the book she was hoping to. Yes! Easy peasy.
Mercury stuck hers out back at her and smirked “dilan and sash sitting in a tree....” she trailed off quietly singing it under her breath. She followed them towards the history section and smiled “this is amazing , so many books” she said looked around in amazement at all the books grabbing one that seemed interesting and opened it quietly reading from it.
Sasha shot her friend a playful glare. She took out the book that caught her attention. The History Of Our Home. She flipped it open and went to the Introduction chapter.
"Guys, come here, listen to this! When the first people were created, color and beauty surrounded the universe. Our home, Town Color, was the first piece of land to be inhabited."
Sasha paused to take a breath.
"Later, generation after generation, people of Town Colors will create bloodshed, as prophesied by the angels of the heaven. It will take three, very brave young souls to stop this doomsday."
She listened to what was being said and tilted her head “well that’s unexpected, this was more serious than I guess anyone had thought” she said and looked at the other two.
She bit her lip and thought
“This will need to be stopped , this town needs help serious help” she said after thinking for a while. She put her book down and frowned starting to think deeply about what Sasha had just recited
"Guys, chill. We don't even know when this is happening! This could happen in the next generation!" Dilan exclaimed. The librarian glared at him to stay quiet.
"Dilan, my visions don't come true in generations. They're usually in the near future. Like the one where Mercury was dancing and you were falling in the abyss and the people screaming and suddenly the peace." She hissed.
Dilan stared at her in awe, "That's your power? So cool! Can you explain it some more later?" Sasha nodded and asked Mercury what she was thinking about.
