I just want to thank everybody for being so welcoming! I love it!! And I can’t wait to add my character! I honestly wrote up a whole character concept last night when I didn’t even know I could join soooo I gues you could say I’m a little excited !!

Sooo I’m a bit confused on how to make my character... could someone point me in the right direction of what to do?

Yeah @AmberSunset! Basically, you copy and paste the text from this box:

That was also on the intro post in the storybook. What you do is you fill out information for each category, and then when you have it all filled out (I usually type it all out in a separate doc, or my notepad on my computer) you're gonna go to the storybook main page, and you're gonna look under the "Characters" heading on the right-hand side. Click "create new character."

You get taken to a form, and you fill out your character's name, nickname (if applicable), and you can even attach an image of your character if you find one you want to use. Some people google pictures which is fine! Some people use character creators, some people draw their character, but it's also just as fine to not attach an image at all!

Then you copy/paste your filled out form info into the description box! From there, you just hit submit, and wait 'til the person who runs the storybook, aka CoffeeCat approves of your character!

Okay, so I can't help it. I'm really intrigued by this SB and I've decided to join in. I have a vague idea for a historian with time-travelling abilities, but I'll see if I can come up with something more specific tonight.

@niteowl OOO!! A time traveler sounds super cool!! I'd love to see what you come up with!

Okay so I didn't actually go with time traveler, but more like she can know the history of objects she's in contact with and have visions of the past and future (though which future is the right one will probably be unclear).

*looks at character list* Yikes we have a lot of female characters! (poor Tottan is in a harem) XD If anyone thinks they'd be able to do a gender change for their character it would do wonders to ease this unbalance -- that is if you're open to it and think it could work for your character.
