Clarice eyed the werewolf cautiously, before turning her gaze towards Kaelynn. She figured that it was safest to momentarily ignore the fact that she'd been ready to attack the werewolf, at least until she was armed with something more than a shard of glass.

"I know what we were doing," She said, gesturing to herself, Sebastian, Gabriel, and Issac. "But what were you doing? Did you hear something upstairs?"

The tension was thick and frankly, it wasn't the greatest. The guy who had caught had gently put her down and as he had put her down, the guy who had been stuck in the window slammed the door open and saw the mess that was created. His eyes were wide and the words that left his mouth kind of washed over by the time they reached Kaelynn's ears. She almost died and everything was still a bit shakey.

Kaelynn still looking at the guy when she heard someone call out to her.

"-did you hear something upstairs?"

Kaelynn looked over at a girl with brown hair and frown on her face. "I'm sorry, what?"

"I asked, what were you doing upstairs?"

Kaelynn's ears turned red as she looked down and rubbed her hands along her jeans she was wearing. "I was, uh, ghost hunting upstairs. I didn't, er, realize the floor would collapse." She then looked up at everyone else. "I'm sorry?"

"Oooh, ghosts?" said Taber, popping out of his hiding spot and climbing onto the rubble. He squeezed past the people in his way. "Are they still there?" He peered into the hole, trying to look for anything out of the ordinary.

That's when he realized he was right next to the dangerous people. Whoops.

"I didn't realize that there were ghosts here," Sebastian said. He went to look at his friends, only to find that Gabriel was already wandering off down the hallway - having decided that the werewolf was far from a threat.

He turned to the werewolf in question and gave him a warm smile. He could see Issac trying to mirror the look out of the corner of his eye, but, as per usual, it wasn't quite a normal smile. "I'm sorry if we startled you earlier. We just wanted to talk, but everything was so chaotic with you trying to get out of the window and then the floor crashing down."

"Oh!" Taber looked at the ground, scratching the back of his neck. "Sorry, I thought you were bad guys or something, 'cause you look strange, but that's kind of mean, isn't it? I was trying to think like my girlfriend, I guess. But you didn't have to break through that window - there was a bunch of them."

Issac couldn't blush, so he did the next thing - his gaze dropped down to the ground, and he tried not to meet Taber's eyes. "Our friend is a little impulsive," he said.

"A lot, actually," Sebastian corrected.

"And I think sometimes it rubs off on me," Issac muttered.

"Okay. Wait. Can I say something?" Bo asked, interrupting despite himself. He was trying to figure things out just by listening and observing, but things were really only getting more confusing.

"I'm just like... really confused. I thought I was lost but not this lost."

"Impulsive?" said Taber, jumping up in an attempt to grab the edge of the hole. "That's when someone does whatever they think of, right? I don't know many people like that." He nearly dug a claw into the wooden floor above, but lost his grip and fell onto his butt. Looking up at Bo, he smiled, showing his canines. "What's confusing, big guy? Or, are you literally lost? Oh no!" Taber's smile turned into a frown.

Kaelynn shrugged and began to look through the rubble for her ghost hunting bag. It seemed impossible because of how much junk there was and she began to worry that most of the stuff was destroyed. Everyone else was talking about the possibility of ghosts or something. If Kaelynn were to explain the concept of ghosts, she believed they would look at her a bit odd.

The werewolf, who was named Taber she learned, was jumping to try reach into the hole and after failing, he fell down on his butt. Kaelynn rolled her eyes and moved away from the rest of the group, going to the other side of the rubble. Thankfully, poking out of the rubble was the black bag. She gasped and then went over to the strap, tugging and tugging. It finally budges but the result caused Kaelynn to fall backward on her butt.

"Ow," she muttered. After getting over the pain that was slowly making its way up, Kaelynn noticed that the bag felt lighter than she had thought. She hastily unzipped the bag and gasped. Instead of ghost supplies, there was cash stuffed and crumpled. Kaelynn felt like luck was on her side and believed this was good karma for the fall.

Raiden squinted at Taber as he gave his explanation of "impulsive".
Aren't you impulsive yourself?
He shook his head. Those canines were impressive.
"If Bo's lost, at least we have like, experience with being lost, right, Best Beard?" Raiden said, shooting a grin Bo's way. He gave a glance back at Kaelynn as he did so, hearing her shuffle around a bit. His curiosity satiated, he then looked back to Taber and Bo. He...didn't mean to ignore the others, but he much preferred talking to people he knew - or at least felt comfortable with.

"I never told you my name..." Bo replied, confused at how Raiden acted as if they knew each other, when he couldn't remember ever meeting this guy. "...Have we met before or something?"

Clarice glanced past Sebastian and his companions to watch Kaelynn, but didn't notice the bag she was now holding. She was grateful that the girl had fallen through the ceiling when she had — a selfish thought, she knew, but it had provided a welcome segway away from the fact that they'd (sort of) been hunting the werewolf — but that didn't distract from her suspicions. Where Clarice came from, one did not hunt ghosts. The apparitions could be dangerous.

"Why do you think there's ghosts?" Clarice couldn't help the fear that seeped into her voice. She knew it was a stupid idea to think that she'd never see a ghost again, but that didn't mean she wasn't about to try and avoid them like if she could.

"Ooh, ghosts," Gabriel said, already at the other end of the hallway. He was peering into the rooms there with a bored look on his face, the only indication that it was an act being the glint of excitement in his eyes - something that was impossible for the others to see, since he was a good distance away from them. "Haven't met one of those before."

Since Bo looked like he was distracted, Taber rose up and ran over to Gabriel, who was busy peering through doorways. Taber liked Gabriel; he seemed like a fun and energetic guy, both curious and in the mood for adventure. "I haven't either!" said Taber, stopping in front of Gabriel. "Wouldn't it be cool to meet one?" Taber then sneezed off the layer of dust he was coated in, sending it rising in a cloud around him.

Raiden blinked.
"Oh er...well...it depends, really. How old are you?" he asked Bo, scratching the back of his neck.
