"Oh my lord, Loki. It isnt heaven in a bowl. It is a fast snack before school. SCHOOL!! I have to get ready!" She runs into her room and gets dressed and showers and whatever.

Oh okay. Do you need a ride to school?" She asks putting her bowl in the sink.

"Yes, I also need to be shown to my classes..."

"Can do." I grab car keys, "done with your cereal?"

"Yes.."

"Then, come on." I walk to the car, and get it, and turning on the heat.

Just as the neighbor, miss heally walks outside. "Isabelle! Hello."

"Hello, Miss Heally." I smiles at her.

"New boyfriend?" She wiggles her grey eyebrows.

"No. Rescue mission. He is a nice person." I say it then regret it, because it sounds so mean. "I have to get to school."

"Okay. Bye."

I look down and follow her, am I not good enough even for a mortal?

"I am sorry. I sounded really mean. I am stupid sometimes. By sometimes I mean literally all the time." I smack my palm to my forehead "I dont think."

"Oh, no your fine, It isn't like you could hurt my feelings." the words leave my mouth bitterly and I cannot look at her...

"Fine. Whatever." I pull out of the driveway fast, and angry. We ride all the way to the campus in silence.
