I know this isn't set on Earth, but I saw you reference Earth years in your cp, @Basil, and I was wondering when this storybook is set? Like if I had a character from Earth, what Earth year would they be coming from?
Sorry about double posting, but my character is up now! I left some things vague because I wasn't sure what your thoughts were on the intergalatic history in this storybook, @Basil, but I'll change them once I do!
Question! How relevant is Earth in this storybook? At that, how relevant is our whole Solar System? I want my character to come from Titan - Saturn's moon - but if our solar system isn't all that relevant then I could change up his backstory a little bit.
I'm cool as a cucumber Even if I'm in a pickle
Two possibilities exist: Either we are alone in the universe, or we are not. Both are equally terrifying.
Ah, no I can't read the profile yet. It needs to be approved, I think. If he hasn't been to Titan, then I suppose the only way they'd know each other is if Riku (my guy) was on a mission to Earth, and afterwards he stayed for a while.

I think I'm just gonna put this in: double posting in the DT is allowed, there definitely is no need to apologise for it!
And question-answer time 1- Starting the SB, I think a brief intro for the characters on their home/previous planet, you can include a time skip or write in their time on the ship to the new planet, your character being welcomed and ushered to their room and looking over their daily schedules and who their crew is. If you want to have more detail in the character landing on the planet, by all means. I'm most likely going to have a brief intro for my character, and then get the ball really rolling with having her being introduced to her new crew.
2 - I did reference Earth a few times, mainly for a comparison with time. So I suppose it should be fair to give a time period. I guess we can say, since it's a sci-fi and there is intergalactic travel, it can be set in 2208 Earth time. Unless someone wants to suggest a time?
3 - Earth's relevance in this SB is up to everyone. I'm happy to have our solar system mentioned in the SB, and there will definitely be some Earth humans on the new planet. (Neyara's "handler" is an Earth human).
I'm going to go through the CP's now while I have my morning coffee haha.
Dorian, are you the one adding all the spices to our food? Of course I am. Why? Because frankly the food here tastes like poorly cooked sawdust. It genuinely tastes how Solas looks.
