When I get out in the main hall I feel a sudden rush of dizziness. A portal open and Thor steps out. My heart sinks when he steps out. "Where is Loki!" his voice booms through the hall. My legs shake and I almost fall to the floor. "I don't know" my voice is barely above a whisper. I turn to alaina, with sad eyes.
I stayed put, arms still out as if I were still holding her body. Death. It was the type of sleep I couldn't control, couldn't make peaceful. The frozen sleep. I'd been to slow, of we had gotten here earlier I could have helped. I hear voices around me, but my numb gaze refuses to break.
I walk to Acky putting my hand on his shoulder companionably, "There is nothing we could ave done," I look to the rest of the mourning eyes,"Any of us.." I then look at Acky,"It wasn't your fault."
