A book suddenly apparates in my hands. "Wha-- Oh no something's happened! this-this is Alesta's book! Freya, I think the other's need us!" I gently tuck the book under my arm and frantically look at her.
When I see Alesta's book I realize what happened, and rapidly flip through the pages after taking it from Acky looking for a portal spell until I find one, I connect myself to Loki, almost having the attempt blocked by something, but it gives me enough of a connection to know where he is. I yell out the words to a portal and try to connect it to Loki's location. I grab Acky's hand and run through the portal with him. When we come out I see a lot of wounded Gods and Goddesses, and I call out to Loki, or I was going to until I see Sif run to him, trying to calm him. And for a moment it strikes me as strange, the tone of her voice.
I look at Sif who as a child I had loved dearly as a sister, but now as something more, who had trained me, who had married my brother because Odin wished it so, and I want to kiss her I do....... but she is to pure.... to beautiful.. and it would hurt Thor it would wound Thor..... so at that bright thought I tenderly wipe the hair from her face and just as tenderly kiss her mummuring,"Sorry I did not ask consent.."
Acky looks away and rushed to Alaina's body. His shaking hands checked her pulse and he choked back a sob. Gingerly, he picked up her body, hair falling over his eyes as he did. "Who did this," he asked quietly, but audible. "Who did all of this?"
The shock was there when Loki had kissed me, but once that initial shock fades I leaned into the kiss, feeling a mix of joy and guilt. Thor has never kissed me this passionately, and when Loki pulls away I feel sadness, even though I am still very close to him. When Acky yells out it takes me by suprise, and I turn quickly, seeing both him and Freya here. A blush rises to my cheeks, sure she saw the scene. The look on her face is confusing, but she is not mad like I had assumed she would be. I know she always preferred Loki, but it seemed odd she wasn't mad at what had happened.
I ashamed of taking advantage of such a saddening time try my all heal to see if they could be healed, but as I suspected it was to late. I just keep mumuring draining myself it was my fault, it was my fault...
I grab Lokis hand, squeezing it. "It's not your fault. This isn't your fault. Don't be s-" I stop midsentence because I can feel Thors presence looking for me. I quickly drop Lokis hand and try to tell him not to come. "Thor. You can't come here." I mumble, hoping he hears me over the guilt in my head.
"I'm not sure, I was using a lot of energy trying to control Lokis rage." Freya runs over and kneels beside her, touching her forehead, looking for a thread of life, is what I think. By the look on her face it isn't too good.
"Alesta was wrong. Before we came here." Juve looks at Alesta's body. "I loved her. Not Alaina. Alaina was a cover. Alaina knew that she was a cover, too."
Juve walks over to Alaina, and touches the pulse in her neck. "Its faint, but she is alive. I think her father put her in a spell induced coma."
