This looks fun, and I'd like to join in! But I have some questions.
1. Do the captains of both ships (The Kraken and the Hippocampus) have golden eyes?
2. How do crew members join the Hippocampus (especially if they're from different time periods), and what is their ultimate goal when adventuring? Just to discover new lands?

1: Yes 2: They're usually found when they're out exploring and stay for the rest of the ship's stay on that world. If they prove themself, the captain will let them remain as the crew. Yes, for discovery and exploration. Sometimes trading or bringing passengers.
