It looked good to me! I am quite curious as to why this character agreed to help Higashi Village, since he despises Japan so much. You'll have to come up with a good reason.

And once Chikako gets over herself and opens up to some of the group, I'm sure she could become friends with Wei Cheng.

I'm liking Wei Cheng's motivation for helping! He'll be interesting interacting with others.

Unrelated note: I'm starting to come up with a plan for the first arc, so I'll give you all the run down when the outline is complete.
