Heartless: the monsters that arrived eight years ago. Most appear to be the same as the Serans, but there are several exceptions. All Heartless speak through boxes of white words that appear over their heads, and all of their faces lack emotion of any kind. They call themselves “players”.

Heartbroken: the group of people who worship the Heartless.

Ancient Ones: the beings that once dominated Seraphinity, according to legends passed down from generation to generation. Legends say they fought frequently, and that they only went into a deep slumber after a great war. During their slumber, their aging wasn't completely halted; it just became slower than it already was. The Ancient Ones all were extremely skilled in the art of magic, something that their followers still try to use today.

Revivers: the group of people who worship the Ancient Ones.

Seraphinity: the world that this tale takes place on.

Seraphinians: anyone who lives on Seraphinity.

Serans: one of the intelligent species of Seraphinity. They tend to live in villages, out in the open, and resemble the Heartless. The Heartless refer to them as “villagers”.

Hybrids: individuals that are combinations of two Seraphinian races. They either manipulate their biology by magic, or are born as descendants of Hybrids. Hybrids retain some of the abilities of the races they consist of, such as the ability to climb easily or teleport.

As of right now, you are allowed to have up to two characters. This will probably change in the future.

This is where the list of characters will be put; I'll update it every time someone joins, creates a new character or leaves the storybook.

1.) No godmodding.
2.) Be polite to the other members of the SB.
3.) Use correct grammar and spelling.
4.) If you want to kill off a character, check with the character's creator.
5.) Sex is not allowed. Keep it T, please.
6.) Swearing is allowed, as well as violence and blood.
7.) You can use whatever tense you want, along with first person or third person, as long as you use the same tense and point of view throughout the storybook for that character.
8.) Some people have said before to not control other people's characters, but since we're all collaborating here, you have to do that to a certain degree. So here's a compromise: be prepared for their creator to correct you if their character was out-of-character.

I'm going to claim the role of one of the Ancient Ones; his name is Herobrine. ^_^

For anyone making an Ancent One, the Ancient Ones have been asleep for the past seven thousand years. So add that onto the age you want them to be (Ancient Ones can be very, very old).

Ooo, I can have a very, very old character with the word "Ancient" in their title?! Count me in, please! I would like to reserve an Ancient One if I may (if there's any specific info I need to know about them, feel free to send a Pm rat over to my broomcloset

You can definitely having a character like that! The only thing you need to know about Ancient Ones is that they're essentially sorcerors who border on the edge of being gods. So I think an Ancient One suits you perfectly.

By the way, if anyone is a Heartless in this story, they're going to get brought into Minecraft and stuck as their skin. Their voice will change to match their new appearance.
