Sometimes YWS gets these hot-spots. Usually it's because a group of friends join the site. I think with Columbus, there's a number of YWSers who go to the same school there, though I'm not sure about that.

India is interesting! It's pretty much always been somewhere in the top 5, although usually at #5. Recently though, it's really started to pull ahead.

But, I just took a closer look at the sessions data for just the UK, India, Australia, and Canada though. Here's what it looks like:


That goes from January 2015 through December 2016. A lot of the time, Canada is actually in the #3 position behind the UK, and in the last few months of 2016, India came in at #5. December 2016 was also much lower than December 2015 for India, so it coming in #3 for 2016 overall may be just a temporary thing.

Weird I didn't know a bunch a Florida people except for me and AkeliaTaske.

this is kinda way out there and probably a dumb idea, but ohio is more under the influence of the arts i feel like? from personal experience in the northeast ohio area, you can definitely see the appreciation of art and writing reflect in the culture and impact the people. so that may have something to do with it, but i haven't really been around much so who knows.

Yeah a few of my friends and my sister's friends have joined to stalk us but they aren't super active on here. I always try to advertise when I can though. :3
