So the second or third episode into our series, we'll receive a message from the labs asking us to look into what causes some Wurmple to evolve into the Beautifly line, and causes some to evolve into the Dustox line.

So the episode will be a fustercluck of our team evolving dozens of Wurmple using weird ideas and methods.

For example Rafe will be feeding lots of his Wurmple wasabi because Reasons.

And thanks to Bloo, later on there'll be a joke where the new generation of Wurmple in Petalburg are addicted to wasabi and are breaking into shops and houses in Rustboro to steal some.

Don't worry about the exposition re: mid-season. There are more examples to be given of a successful launch party of six (sort of).

So to make it clear for me- my character will start sorta in the middle of neutral before revealing that they will join the good guys. At which point they are more powerful than the good guys but slowly will slip into the norm for the group before being outdone?

... Well I'll AT LEAST stalk this, it would be a crime not to do so. (don't mind me I'm just passing through)

Nahh, we use the Sixth Ranger trope to judge character traits, not skill. It's best understood by spending about four years clicking through all the pages that stem out of that one. It's just the basis that your character's personality traits will serve to round out the cast dynamic.

@Tortwag --> Make a profile if you want. Just be supporting/second party cast so we can avoid bloat. You know how it goes. But if you want an easy access to the main cast dynamic, clip him/her onto family ties with Rafe or Toby. Or Birch.

Okay, I think I have a handle on my role. I am assuming that this is going to be with the Hoenn pokemon, but is it from gen III or gen IV?

We're limiting the Pokedex to only those found in Hoenn in the Gen 6 games. You can find the Pokedeeeeex here.

Thank God. I wrote out my CT with a Pokemon from gen IV in Hoenn exclusively, so I got worried when I realized problems may arise.
