My two characters met each other in my post. So they're tofether, and that means they weren't who was seen in the street. Unless one of them went somewhere alone, which I could do. Tell me what ya think.
That would be great @Sheyren! You could either have them split up or another one could emerge from behind a corner or something. Idk as long as they meet in one way or another.

I hope it's okay if I join. I made a character that's waiting approval and I've read everything in the DT, Storybook and character profiles. It looks great so far!
Also, I have an idea for the plot...
The characters migrate together suddenly because they are called by one of the group. This character confesses that he/she has done research into who and what they are, and has discovered that their current state of 'humans with wings' is not stable, and that depending on each individuals' DNA the dominant percentage (bird or human) will soon override the other percentage. In other words, overtime they will soon either become completely human or completely bird. Most characters are doubtful of this happening, but some characters share that strange things have been happening to their bodies recently (such as growing random feathers everywhere or feeling heavier while flying).
Their choices would be to accept their fate or to revisit their past and track down the science organisation that created them to fix the issue. After some thought they all choose the latter option, and together form a plan to break into the lab facility. Meanwhile, a secret government organisation called the C.A.P. (Chimera Apprehension Police) have been given orders by the American Government to hunt down and capture the 'human-birds' to be exterminated as illegal bioengineering.
